Computational Genomics and Structural Biology

The workshop will cover the assembly and annotation of the microbial genome, homology modeling of target proteins. We will focus on next-generation sequencing technology and bioinformatics analyses for molecular simulation and dynamics.

- Genome assembly and annotation of microbes
- Homology modeling of the target protein molecules
- Molecular dynamics and simulation
Availability of a PC is a must for the hands-on training.
The workshop is open for the UG, PG, research scholars and faculties.
